Move Your Body to Add Balance to Your Mornings

You might be thinking, “Do I really have time to add something new to my morning routine?” The answer is yes! Make time! When I was a young girl, my mother taught me the five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation, a sequence yoga-like poses. Thanks to my mom’s wonderful influence, I enjoyed them as a child and now, as a European osteopath, I recommend them to all my clients, friends, and family who are looking for an effective way to be healthy and to conquer their lives.

The Tibetan Rites is a workout wonder that helps you stay fit and energetic throughout the day, and is known for its many mind and body benefits. These poses are powerful enough to wake up your circulation, yet gentle enough to help you slowly regain fitness if you’re in pain. In as little as 10 minutes you can increase blood flow, promote lymphatic drainage and increase mental clarity. No matter how hectic your mornings, I encourage you to squeeze these rites in, as they have been known as the most effective “day-starter” in its niche ever since fitness trainer Peter Kelder publicized the practice in 1939 through his best-selling book, The Eye of Revelation.

Grab a yoga mat and watch my Tibetan Rites demonstration video to pump up your mornings with a ritual that will leave you feeling physically and mentally charged for your day!
